📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
• Generate and nurture leads to achieve sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team for demos and support
• Pitch SaaS/ERP software solutions to customers
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication

🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
• Knowledge of SaaS, ERP, Tally, or subscription-based software sales preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or Salesforce
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Basic MS Excel and professional email writing skills
