Steerway Business Consultants is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently
Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada
