📍 Location: Rajkot (Gujarat)
💼 Position: Quality Manager
👨‍💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Relevant Experience
💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000/- Per Month
⏰ Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Wednesday

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and implement quality procedures, specifications & safety guidelines.
• Monitor production lines and inspect final products to ensure quality standards.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits and support preparation for IATF 16949 certification.
• Identify root causes of product defects and customer complaints.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor quality data and use statistical tools to track and reduce defects.
• Train, guide and manage Quality Engineers / Inspectors.
• Prepare quality reports and present quality performance to management.

🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Internal Auditing.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements.
• Strong Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving skills.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and statistical techniques.
• Quick decision-making and corrective action ability.
