1️⃣ Senior Engineer – Pumps Assembly / Assembly Supervisor
Department: Production / Assembly
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Supervise complete assembly of submersible pumps and electric motors.
Achieve daily production targets as per production planning.
Monitor assembly quality and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Troubleshoot assembly-related issues to minimize rejection and rework.
Maintain productivity, safety, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
Train, guide, and monitor assembly operators and technicians.
Prepare daily production, rejection, and efficiency reports.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in pump or motor assembly operations.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of assembly drawings, quality systems, and production planning.
2️⃣ NPD Engineer (New Product Development)
Department: Research & Development (R&D)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop new models of submersible pumps and electric motors.
Design components using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo.
Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation.
Improve existing products for performance, quality, and cost optimization.
Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for product development.
Support customer-specific product customization and engineering changes.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in New Product Development within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo.
Knowledge of pumps, motors, castings, machining, and product design will be preferred.
3️⃣ Sales Engineer – Back Office
Department: Sales & Marketing
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and tender documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
Process customer orders and monitor order status.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and documentation.
Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for inquiries and deliveries.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in back-office sales support within a manufacturing company.
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and quotation preparation.
4️⃣ Dispatch Incharge
Department: Dispatch & Logistics
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per schedule.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods with proper documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Transporters, and Customers.
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
Monitor inventory accuracy and dispatch records.
Ensure proper packing, loading, and transportation of materials.
Resolve logistics and dispatch-related issues efficiently.
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards during dispatch operations.
Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma holder with experience in Dispatch & Logistics.
Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and dispatch documentation.
Strong coordination, planning, and team management skills.
