📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage day-to-day production operations and achieve production targets.
• Monitor injection moulding processes, machine performance, and product quality.
• Ensure cleanroom hygiene, contamination control, and compliance with SOPs.
• Reduce rejection, wastage, and machine downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
• Manage production manpower, shift planning, and process improvements.
