We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented *Production Manager* to lead manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing organization.
🔹 *Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Manage end-to-end production operations and achieve business targets.
✅ Optimize manpower, machinery utilization, and production efficiency.
✅ Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams.
✅ Ensure on-time production and delivery commitments.
✅ Drive cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process improvements.
✅ Implement Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & TPM initiatives.
✅ Monitor KPIs including OEE, Productivity, Rejection, Downtime & Delivery Performance.
✅ Manage production budgets and manufacturing costs.
✅ Lead, train, and develop high-performing production teams.
✅ Ensure effective utilization of SAP/ERP systems.
🔹 *Ideal Candidate Profile:*
✔ 15–20 years of experience in Production & Manufacturing Operations.
✔ Experience in Hardware Products, Architectural Products, Furniture Fittings, Engineering Components, OEM/ODM Manufacturing, or similar industries.
✔ Strong knowledge of PPC (Production Planning & Control).
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.
✔ Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Proven track record in Cost Control and Productivity Improvement.
