💡 About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join a growing technology company developing a SaaS-based financial dashboard and AI assistant for business owners.
The product brings together accounting, banking and other business data to help business owners understand cash flow, monitor business performance and make informed financial decisions.
You will work closely with the Founder, Designers and External Development Teams to convert business requirements into practical product features and ensure that the product works as intended.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Understand and document business requirements clearly
• Prepare user journeys, process flows and product documentation
• Coordinate with designers and development partners
• Track project timelines, tasks and pending activities
• Follow up with internal and external teams for timely completion
• Test product features, dashboards and data outputs
• Identify, document and track bugs/issues until resolution
• Verify that resolved issues are working correctly
• Review customer feedback and identify potential product improvements
• Study similar products and industry practices for improvement ideas
• Maintain task trackers, product documentation and release checklists
• Support the team in making the product more user-friendly and effective
