We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end Recruitment
✅ Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws)
✅ Employee Engagement & Performance Management
✅ HR Policies, SOPs & Documentation
✅ HRMS & Employee Records
✅ Team Leadership & Workforce Planning

Eligibility

🎓 MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred (MSW/B.Com/B.A. with relevant HR experience also considered)
💼 7–10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering/Warehouse/Logistics/FMCG
💻 Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Laws, HRMS & Advanced Excel
