• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Attendance, leave & employee record management
• Payroll coordination & salary processing support
• Drafting HR letters & documentation
• HR MIS & employee database management
• Employee grievance handling & discipline coordination
• Employee engagement & welfare activities
• Labour law & company policy compliance
• Training, induction & performance support
• Administration of housekeeping, security, transport & canteen

🎓 Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 3–4 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Good knowledge of labour laws & HR practices
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HRIS & Job Portals
• Good analytical & coordination abilities
