We need a strong Quality Leader with:
✅ 12–18+ Years of overall Quality experience
✅ 5–7+ Years in a Senior Quality Leadership Role
✅ Experience managing 20–25 team members
✅ Strong Customer Quality & Communication skills
✅ Hands-on exposure to Product, Process, System & ISO Audits
🔥 INDUSTRY PREFERENCE
Candidates from:
🔹 Bath Accessories / Faucets / Sanitary Products
🔹 Component Manufacturing
🔹 Automotive / Auto Components
🔹 Engineering / Precision Components
🔹 Metal / Surface Finishing
🔹 Similar Manufacturing Industries
⚠️ KEY REQUIREMENT – PROCESS EXPOSURE
Hands-on experience in the following processes will be highly preferred:
🔴 Electroplating
🔴 Grinding
🔴 Buffing / Polishing
🔴 Surface Finishing
The candidate should understand process-related quality problems and be capable of reducing Rejection | Rework | Scrap | COPQ.

🎓 QUALIFICATION
B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Metallurgy preferred.
