We are looking for a skilled Fettling Supervisor to oversee fettling operations in a casting foundry. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring quality finishing of cast components, and maintaining safety and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fettling operations including grinding, cutting, and finishing of castings
  • Ensure removal of excess material, burrs, and surface defects
  • Maintain quality standards and inspection procedures
  • Manage and guide fettling workers and operators
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Monitor daily production targets and report progress
  • Implement safety standards and workplace discipline
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fettling or foundry operations
  • Knowledge of casting processes and finishing techniques
  • Ability to manage team and meet production deadlines
  • Basic understanding of quality standards
