🔹 Position: Sourcing Head – Capital Purchase (Domestic & Export)

📍 Location: Vadodara
🎓 Education: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Industrial
🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Capital Purchase
💰 Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA (Based on Skills & Experience)

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Lead the capital equipment sourcing and procurement strategy for domestic and international requirements.
Handle end-to-end capital purchase processes for machinery, tools, industrial systems, and infrastructure.
Manage design-based procurement, working closely with R&D and design teams to source specialized equipment and components.
Conduct vendor evaluation, development, and negotiations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
Prepare RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, and cost analysis for capital goods.
Monitor market trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies and innovations in manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for import/export documentation, compliance, and coordination for overseas purchases.
Collaborate with finance, legal, production, and engineering departments for aligned purchasing decisions.
🌏 Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel across India and internationally for:
Vendor visits
Technical seminars
Trade shows & exhibitions
Strong understanding of global sourcing, capital project timelines, and purchase planning.
