🔧 **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:**
• Handle IndiaMART leads and B2B/B2C customer inquiries.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and support order closures.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer databases, inquiry records and follow-up reports.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
• Use MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp and email effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and persuasive speaking skills.
• Be self-motivated, sales-oriented and quick to learn.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Experience handling IndiaMART and B2B/B2C inquiries preferred.
