📢 Job Title : Assistant Manager – Quality

📍 Location: Rajkot Gujarat

💼 Experience: 5–7 Years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹10-12 Lpa

📌 Key Responsibilities

– Ensure compliance with Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection standards, and QMS procedures.
– Conduct Process, Product, and QMS audits and drive corrective actions.
– Identify and resolve product/process non-conformities using RCA, CAPA, and systematic problem-solving.
– Implement SPC, MSA, calibration, and other quality tools to monitor and improve process capability.
– Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Check Sheets, PPAP, and quality documentation.
– Support New Product Development (NPD), engineering changes, process validation, and verification.
– Coordinate with Production, PPC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, suppliers, and customers on quality-related issues.
– Conduct supplier/customer visits and support resolution of quality complaints.
– Drive Kaizen, process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Quality team.
– Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
