🔹 **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Quality inspection of **Automotive Sheet Metal, Automobile Spare Parts & Engineering Components**
• Engineering Drawing, Dimension, Tolerance & GD&T inspection
• First Piece, In-Process & Final Inspection
• CNC / VMC Component Inspection
• Raw Material & MTC Verification
• Inspection Reports, NCR, CAPA & Quality Documentation
• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
• Quality control of Cutting, Bending, Pressing, Welding & Fabrication
• Customer Inspection, Complaints & Quality Coordination

🔹 **REQUIRED SKILLS**

✅ Automotive / Sheet Metal QC
✅ CNC / VMC Inspection
✅ Engineering Drawing Reading
✅ Measuring Instruments
✅ MTC Verification
✅ GD&T / 7 QC Tools
✅ NCR / CAPA / Root Cause Analysis
✅ Hardness & Coating Thickness Inspection
