✅ Board Reporting, MIS, Budgeting & Forecasting
✅ Investor Relations & Listed Company Compliances
✅ SEBI, Companies Act & Stock Exchange Compliance
✅ Financial Consolidation & Group Reporting
✅ Ind AS (Mandatory) | IFRS (Preferred)
✅ Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
✅ Taxation, Internal Controls & Risk Management
✅ Drive Digitalization & Automation in Finance
✅ Lead, Mentor & Develop the Finance Team
✅ Partner with Business Heads to achieve organizational goals
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Chartered Accountant (CA)
✔ 18–25+ Years of Experience
✔ Age: 40–50 Years
✔ Experience in a Listed Engineering Manufacturing Company
✔ Engineering/Auto Components Manufacturing Background is Mandatory
✔ Strong Exposure to Investor Relations & Board Presentations
✔ Financial Consolidation & Group Reporting Experience
✔ Hands-on Experience with SAP ERP (SAP FICO Preferred)
