🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized ERP & Software Implementation Coordinator to manage ERP/software implementation projects and coordinate with software vendors and internal departments. The role focuses on implementation, business process coordination, user support, and project execution rather than advanced IT infrastructure management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate end-to-end ERP/Software implementation projects.
✅ Liaise with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
✅ Gather business requirements and communicate them effectively.
✅ Track implementation progress and ensure timely completion.
✅ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
✅ Follow up on software customization and enhancements.
✅ Manage ERP user creation, access rights, and basic configurations.
✅ Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and implementation documentation.
✅ Conduct basic user training and provide post-implementation support.
✅ Ensure smooth adoption of ERP across all departments.

🎓 Eligibility

✔ Graduate in BCA, IT, Computer Science, Commerce, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
✔ 2–5 years of experience in ERP Coordination, Software Implementation, Project Coordination, or Business Process Support.
✔ Good understanding of ERP workflows and business operations.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
✔ Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
