The company specializes in castings ranging from 5 Kg to 2500 Kg per piece, delivering high-quality products to reputed customers.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, and on-time delivery.
✔ Drive operational excellence and ensure achievement of KPIs and compliance standards.
✔ Manage Gray Iron & SG Iron casting production and machining operations.
✔ Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization for maximum productivity.
✔ Monitor melting, molding, machining, finishing, and dispatch activities.
✔ Lead and develop production teams while ensuring safety and discipline.
✔ Implement productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
✔ Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and management for smooth operations.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
✔ B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, or related field.
✔ 10+ years of experience in Foundry / Metal Casting Industry.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
✔ Hands-on experience with Green Sand Casting and Sinto High Pressure Moulding Line is mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of Gray Iron & SG Iron casting processes.
✔ Proven track record in managing large-scale foundry operations.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
✔ Ability to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
