🔹 Position: Production Supervisor
📍 Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
🏭 Industry: Machine Manufacturing
💰 Salary: ₹3.72 – ₹4.80 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
📅 Experience: 2–3 Years
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
📆 Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily production and shop floor operations
✅ Achieve production targets as per schedule
✅ Manage manpower, productivity, quality, and safety
✅ Monitor fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and manufacturing activities
✅ Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments
✅ Maintain production reports and minimize material wastage
✅ Implement and sustain 5S and safety practices
✅ Ensure optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency

Required Skills:

✔ Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
✔ Fabrication, Welding & Sheet Metal Manufacturing Knowledge
✔ Manpower Handling & Team Coordination
✔ Quality, Safety & Productivity Management
✔ Production Reporting & Wastage Control
✔ Knowledge of 5S Implementation
