🔹 Position: Export OEM Sales (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager)
📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
🎓 Qualification: BE / MBA
🧠 Experience: 5 – 8 Years in Export OEM Sales
💰 Salary: Up to 12 LPA
🏭 Industry: Automobile / Auto Components / OEM Sales

🔹 Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in Export OEM Sales within Auto Parts / Auto Components industry
• Knowledge of proprietary products – Gaskets / Heat Shield preferred
• Exposure to international OEM customers & export business handling
• Strong understanding of RFQ handling, project coordination & customer management
• Techno-commercial negotiation skills with global customers
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms & international business practices
• Understanding of manufacturing process, costing & pricing strategies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & business development skills

🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Review RFQs before submission to the technical team
• Handle project management & program management activities
• Manage key customer accounts & maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive new business development activities in export markets
• Conduct techno-commercial discussions with customers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) & stakeholders for new developments and ongoing projects
• Update management regarding issues, risks & customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, submit offers & follow up for new business opportunities
• Identify and onboard new international customers
• Handle customer interactions during samples, proto & PPAP submissions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & emerging technologies
• Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management

🔹 Strategy & Expectations
• Build strong export RFQ funnel with healthy conversion ratio
• Expand business in existing international accounts & develop new customers
• Drive revenue growth through strategic export market development
• Understand global automotive trends & technology shifts
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive coordination & execution
