🏭 Department: Investment Casting / Foundry

📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to manage and optimize melting operations in an investment casting foundry. Candidates will be responsible for induction furnace operations, chemical composition control, pouring practices, defect reduction, and maintaining smooth production activities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle and supervise complete melting shop operations
✔ Manage induction furnace activities for alloy steel, stainless steel & special grades
✔ Ensure accurate chemical composition through OES/Spectrometer analysis
✔ Control pouring temperature and deoxidation practices
✔ Monitor furnace lining, patching, ramming & sintering activities
✔ Coordinate with maintenance team for cooling systems & electrical panels
✔ Reduce casting defects such as shrinkage, blow holes & inclusions
✔ Maintain production targets, safety standards & process discipline
✔ Guide and train shop-floor manpower

🎓 Educational Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Materials Engineering

💼 Experience & Salary:

🔹 MELTING MANAGER
▪ Experience: 8 to 10 Years
▪ Salary: Up to ₹1.50 Lakh Per Month

🔹 MELTING SUPERVISOR
▪ Experience: 3 to 4 Years
▪ Salary: Up to ₹70,000 Per Month

⏰ Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Monday
