Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Manager / Executive to manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, experience in HR processes, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities
Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in training and development programs
Support management with HR reporting and analytics
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Recruitment and talent acquisition experience
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office
Problem-solving and employee engagement skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
Preferred Experience:
2–7 years in HR management or HR executive roles
Experience in corporate or manufacturing HR functions
