🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, scheduling & leadership priorities
• Coordinate workshops, events & corporate meetings end-to-end
• Handle communication with clients, vendors & business partners
• Prepare and manage emails, proposals, presentations & MIS reports
• Maintain CRM updates, records & participant databases
• Support LinkedIn & social media content scheduling
• Conduct research, prepare briefing notes & track ongoing projects
• Attend workshops, meetings & corporate events when required

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience as EA/PA to Director / MD
• Exposure to consulting, training, events, corporate operations or manufacturing preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong command over Google Workspace & MS Office
• Self-driven, highly organized & ownership-oriented personality
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude will be an added advantage
