Position: Manager – Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance systems to ensure products meet defined quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Establish quality standards, specifications, SOPs, and parameters across manufacturing processes.
Communicate and enforce quality standards across QA teams, product development, and cross-functional departments.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor product testing and validation activities.
Identify recurring quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure accurate and complete QA documentation including SOPs, batch records, deviations, change controls, and audits.
Review customer complaints, feedback, and product quality trends for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, GMP guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit documentation, reports, and applications to regulatory authorities.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–5 years in Quality Assurance within Pharma / Nutraceutical / Food Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation, regulatory compliance, audits, and quality systems.
Hands-on experience in handling QA documentation and regulatory submissions.
Leadership capability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
