🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven National Sales Head – After Market to lead and scale aftermarket operations across India. This role will be responsible for driving sales strategy, expanding distribution networks, strengthening dealer relationships, and achieving aggressive growth targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute national sales strategies for aftermarket business
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Identify new markets, segments, and business opportunities
🔹 Channel & Distribution Management
Build and expand a strong pan-India dealer/distributor network
Manage and strengthen relationships with key channel partners
Track distributor performance and ensure target achievement
🔹 Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage regional sales teams across India
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
🔹 Market Intelligence
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Provide inputs for product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Capture field insights to support product development
🔹 Key Account Management
Manage large distributors, institutional buyers, and key clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
🔹 Sales Operations
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and MIS reporting
Review sales performance and drive corrective actions
✅ Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in aftermarket sales (auto components)
Proven track record in national sales leadership roles
Strong network in the automotive aftermarket ecosystem
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
💡 Preferred Profile
Experience with OEMs or reputed aftermarket brands
Strong understanding of spare parts distribution & retail channels
MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
