Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
* Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
* Develop new markets including OEM, Tier-1, and export customers
* Build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
Marketing, Branding & Corporate Communication
* Develop marketing strategies to strengthen market presence
* Manage product promotion, branding, and corporate communication
* Plan participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical events
* Prepare company presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials
Costing & Profitability Management
* Monitor product costing, pricing, and customer profitability
* Ensure margins through price revisions and cost control
* Analyze impact of raw material, conversion cost, and logistics
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Act as primary commercial interface for customers
* Manage order confirmations, amendments, and communication
* Handle complaints, debit notes, and commercial issues
* Monitor customer scorecards and satisfaction levels
PPC Coordination & Delivery Management
* Align production planning with confirmed orders and forecasts
* Coordinate with PPC and production for OTIF delivery
* Monitor order execution and inventory levels
Export–Import & Logistics
* Oversee export & domestic logistics planning
* Ensure export documentation compliance
* Manage freight cost, logistics partners, and shipments
Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination
* Ensure compliance with commercial policies and contracts
* Support ISO / IATF audits related to commercial processes
* Standardize quotation and order processing workflows
* Participate in S&OP meetings
