🎯 Key Requirements:
✔ Experience in Shell Moulding & Green Sand Process
✔ Hands-on exposure to FG, SG, CGI & SiMo Grades
✔ Furnace operations & melt control knowledge
✔ OES / Spectrometer handling experience
✔ Metallurgical testing & microstructure analysis
✔ Knowledge of gating & riser design
✔ Automotive quality systems – IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
✔ Strong shop-floor exposure in foundry

* Melt shop operations & charge calculation
* Molten metal management & pouring control
* Metallurgical quality testing & analysis
* Casting defect analysis & corrective actions
* Gating, riser & mold flow understanding
